Refund Policy

A simple, fair no-refund policy — with automatic protection when the fault is ours.

Core rule: your payment reserves one interview attempt plus its scorecard. As a rule there are no monetary refunds — but if we fail to deliver, you get an automatic free re-entry, and money back as a last resort. We show this clearly before you pay.

What happens in each scenario

The windows that matter

  • 7 days to start your interview after paying, or the slot expires.
  • 24 hours to resume an interrupted interview (and within the 7-day slot).
  • 7-day dispute window after payment to raise an issue.

When the fault is ours

If we capture payment but a server or AI error prevents your interview from running, you automatically get a free re-entry. If we genuinely cannot deliver the service at all, we'll refund to your original payment method as a last resort.

Disputes

We resolve issues with automated rules where possible. You have a 7-day dispute window from payment. Money-back (to your original Razorpay method) is reserved for true non-delivery.

How to raise a refund or dispute

Use the contact page with your registered email and the approximate time of payment. We'll respond within the dispute window.
